People over 30 years of age can already apply the fourth dose of the vaccine against COVID-19, five months after receiving the thirdannounced the Health MinisterJorge Lopez.
“Today we are lowering it, the expert committee has evaluated, it has seen that (with) the third dose we have exceeded 70%, so it is going down to 30 years upwards for its fourth dose. It corresponds to its fourth dose, as long as five months have passed since the third dose,” he told Latina.
The Ministry of Health ordered that as of this Thursday the application of the fourth dose against the COVID-19 be extended for the age group of 30 years and over.
Similarly, they recalled, this dose continues to be administered to people over 18 years of age with comorbidities, immunosuppressed people, people with disabilities, vulnerable people and health personnel.
As you remember, this dose should be applied to anyone 5 months after receiving the third dose against COVID-19.
