Covid-19 Patients Recover Gained 789, Total 25,595

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Spokesman for Corona Virus Handling, Achmad Yurianto said, the number of patients recovering from Covid-19 until Wednesday (1/7/2020) reached 25,595 people.

Yuri said that there were an additional 789 Covid-19 patients who recovered in 24 hours, starting as of Wednesday (1/7/2020) at 12.00 WIB.

They were declared cured after undergoing two swabs with the method polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

“Today, if we have recovered cases, there will be an increase of 789 people, bringing the total to 25,595,” Yuri said at Graha BNPB, East Jakarta, Wednesday afternoon.

Yuri said, East Java became the province with the addition of the most cases of recovery as many as 187 people.

Then, DKI Jakarta with 168 people. Then, Central Java has 100 people, and Bali has 62 people.

Furthermore, South Sulawesi has 52 people, South Kalimantan 23 people, and Banten 21 people.

Overall, the number of Covid-19 cases in the country until Wednesday (1/7/2020) was 57,770 people.

Government data compiled until 12.00 WIB today showed that there were an additional 1,385 positive cases. The data was recorded in the past 24 hours.

The government also noted the addition of 58 dead patients so that a total of 2,934 patients died.

Meanwhile, there are 45,192 people who are in the monitoring status (ODP). While patients under surveillance (PDP) were 13,296 people.
