Ministry of Health He sent a letter to all units within the ministry under the title of “Covid-19 Outbreak Measures” by the General Directorate of Management Services. In the article, it was stated that there are many administrative measures implemented within the scope of maintaining the service provided in the central organization of the Ministry in an effective, uninterrupted and healthy manner and combating the Covid-19 outbreak.
In addition to the measures taken recently due to the increase in the number of cases in the central service units of the Ministry, it was emphasized that it is imperative to show maximum attention to the specified issues.
In this framework, it was noted that the ban on visitor entry in the central building still continues, and it is not necessary to insist on accepting visitors except in compulsory cases.
MEASURES TAKEN AT WORK
The measures taken regarding the Covid-19 outbreak measures were listed as follows: “In accordance with the decision of the Ankara Governorship Provincial General Hygiene Board dated 17.08.2020 and numbered 2020/68, the application of ‘Hayat Eve Sığar (HES)’ will be implemented in the acceptance of visitors in compulsory situations.
– The necessary sensitivity will be shown to the measures announced in the letter dated 18.03.2020 and numbered 1521 regarding the use of the dining hall.
– It will be ensured that the fever measurement made by the security officers at the entrance to the building and in case of high fever, the building will not be entered and directed to the nearest health institution.
– It will be ensured that the personnel who show signs of epidemic illness will apply to the health institution as soon as possible without coming to work by meeting with their relevant supervisors.
– All tea stoves in the building, which is one of the common areas, will be closed and tea and coffee services will be removed in the canteen located on the ground floor.
– Personnel entrances and exits and inside the building will never be wandered without a mask. Maintaining social distance and hygiene rules will be respected.
– It will be ensured that all elevators in the building are not used for more than 6 people. “
