COVID-19 Live Emergency Conference on July 18

# COVID-19, the emergency medicine webinar at the time of coronavirus

The whole world of emergency medicine, pre-hospital care and patient care in general has not been spared. Perhaps it is superfluous to point out that these fields underwent profound changes in protocols and objectives.

Emergency Live has decided to organize an online symposium, inviting leading personalities from the Italian world of emergency medicine and healthcare. They will take their own quirky experience and insight into the COVID-19 pandemic and how they had to modify the patient approach.

The hope of Emergency Live is that each reader can identify themselves on the topics discussed by the professionals involved. More generally, the entire group of professionals interviewed believes that # COVID-19 is an issue to be resolved exhaustively.

From resuscitation management to legal protections for healthcare professionals, through hospital and prehospital triage, we have chosen to analyze the impact that COVID had on patient management in any part of the emergency flow.

The hosts and “scientific directors” of the meeting will be Dr. Mario Pappagallo, doctor and journalist, and Dr. Fausto D’Agostino, authors of the book # COVID19.

Publicado por Edizioni Minerva Medica, Hashtag COVID19 It is, in our opinion, the first actual scientific text dedicated to healthcare professionals dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.

# COVID-19, how to participate in our webinar dedicated to emergency medicine?

It is very simple, as you will simply ask the speakers questions on the specific topics that interest them most: just fill out the form that you will find at the end of this article. The language of the entire webinar will be Italian, however it will be possible to ask questions also in English and an interpreter will moderate the communication.

Emergency Live is proud to propose this event to its readers: it is our contribution to the scientific community and to the world of Emergency Medicine, so intensely committed to the fight against the coronavirus.
