Covid-19. In Angers, Control of sanitary rules in shopping areas

As part of the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, the Maine-et-Loire police forces are deployed throughout the territory, in order to enforce the measures in force.

In this context, the Maine-et-Loire gendarmerie group carried out, this Friday, January 29, checks on compliance with measures to combat Covid-19 at the L’Atoll shopping center, Beaucouzé, near Angers, in the presence of Pierre Ory, Prefect of Maine-et-Loire.

“Overall, the measures are being respected. The stores respect the eight square meters per customer, clearly display the sanitary rules, the hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance, and the gauge admitted in the store is clearly displayed ” , indicates the prefect, who visited three signs of the Atoll.

No breach of the rules observed

Wearing a mask, presence of frost, compliance with the maximum gauge in shops … “To cope with the increase in hospitalizations in Maine-et-Loire, it is more than essential to comply with all health measures” , insists the prefect, who found no breach of health rules.
