The situation is going well for Quebec and Ontario, which continue to record declines in hospitalizations.

According to the latest data published by Santé Québec, 2,143 beds are currently occupied in hospitals, a decrease of 71 compared to Friday. In intensive care, there are 153 people with COVID-19, 11 less than the day before. La Belle Province, however, deplored 28 new deaths linked to the virus.
Among those with access to testing centers, there are 2,359 new SARS-CoV-2 infections.
Recall that new relaxations in sanitary measures came into effect this Saturday in Quebec, including the abolition of any legal limit for gatherings in private residences. In addition, restaurants can now accommodate groups of 10 people, whereas the limit was previously set at four.
On the Ontario side, there is a decrease of 125 in hospitalizations (1704), while 21 people left intensive care (414). Sadly, 35 Ontarians have lost their lives to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
Among those with access to PCR testing in Ontario, 2,944 new cases of COVID-19 have been detected.
In the Maritimes, New Brunswick updated its data on Saturday and recorded 303 new infections and four deaths. Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island reported 309 and 227 additional contaminations respectively
