The use of face shield will be compulsory on the buses of the Metropolitan and the complementary corridors from today, Monday, July 20, in order to avoid the spread of the COVID-19, as reported by the Municipality of Lima.
Through a statement, the municipality specified that this measure is given in compliance with the Supreme Decree 016-2020-MTC, published last July 18 in an extraordinary edition of the official newspaper A Peruvian man.
In that line, they specified that users who do not wear the face shield and mask will not be able to use the transport systems, enter the stations or board the buses.
