Consultant Deloitte chartered a plane from the company Euroatlantic to remove company employees and other Portuguese from Angola, informed the Consulate General of Portugal in Luanda in an email to which Expresso had access. The flight, bound for Lisbon, departs at 1am on Saturday and, earlier this evening, there were still seats available. The cost is 2300 euros per passenger, reveals the consulate.
The news comes as a result of the suspension of all flights to and from Angola as of 00:00 on Friday. According to the consulate, TAAG will also operate two flights tonight, one to Lisbon and the other to Porto.
