In transport, where the wearing a mask has already been mandatory, now it must also be worn in closed public places. As in shops, stores and supermarkets or in banks and administrations.

“The visor does not replace the mask”
In parallel, it is also possible to wear a visor instead of mandatory mask. A visor offers a certain comfort compared to the mask which hinders breathing in this case in the event of physical exertion.
The HuffPost then questioned the Directorate General of Health (DGS) about the possibility of replacing a mask with a visor. The response from the DGS was clear: “the visor does not replace the mask ”. She also stressed that “the decree making it compulsory to wear a mask only applies to masks ”, there is no question of wearing visors in this decree.
