In order to combat the spread of Covid-19 and assess the level of circulation of the virus, an operation of screening (RT-PCR test) is organized Wednesday 11 August 2021 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cadence room Tilly-sur-Seulles (Calvados). The public is invited without an appointment, without a prescription (come with their identity document and vital card).
Assess the level of circulation of the virus
Everyone’s participation in these screening campaigns makes it possible to assess the level of circulation of the virus in the territory, to identify positive cases, if any, the presence of variants, to trigger the search and identification of contact persons, alert and isolate them in order to better protect them and thus break the chains of transmission of the virus.
The objective of this “Test, Alert, Protect” operation in Tilly-sur-Seulles is to identify the appearance of new cases very early on, and to identify contact persons at risk, in order to implement protective measures. and isolation necessary: isolating yourself when you are positive and warning your loved ones means being an actor in the fight against Covid-19.

The circulation of the Covid-19 virus remains strong in Normandy, as in France. The application of barrier gestures and the efforts of each person make it possible to slow down
progress but the situation remains very fragile: we must not relax.
This is why ARS Normandy and the Prefecture of Calvados organize such screening operations, in conjunction with the municipalities and health professionals in the area.
