A few hours after the start of the vaccination campaign against Covid-19, 1,620 doses are on the way for health professionals.

The first to be subjected to the administration will be the head of the Sacco hospital, Massiimo Galli, that of San Raffaele, Alberto Zangrillo, and other doctors on the front line in the battle against the coronavirus.
The councilor for welfare of the Lombardy Region, Giulio Gallera, provided more details during the press conference to present the vaccination campaign.
Among the first to receive the vaccine there will also be “the presidents of the orders of doctors and nurses, representatives of the Oss categories and of service personnel”
In Milan, specifically, among the first to be vaccinated there will be the social health worker Adele Gelfo and the cleaning lady Grazie Presta, both employed on the front line in the Covid-19 wards of the Niguarda hospital.
