COVID-19: 36 new infections in Northern Ontario | Coronavirus: Ontario

Public health units in Northern Ontario are reporting 36 new infections and 463 active cases of COVID-19.

10 new infections have also been recorded in the Thunder Bay health district, six of them are located in the small municipality of Greenstone.

The Porcupine region is still the most affected region in Northern Ontario with 23 new infections and 348 active cases.

On the immunization front, Northern Ontario has now immunized 65.7% of its eligible population with at least one dose, and 57.9% of the total population.
