Thibaut Courtois support Eden Hazard to solve the injury problem in Real Madrid. Courtois believes Hazard will soon show his best.
Hazard hasn’t played for Madrid at all in the 2020/2021 season. The Belgium international suffered a muscle injury before Madrid played Real Valladolid in early October.
In fact, Hazard has just recovered from another injury. That means Hazard has been hit by injuries seven times since Madrid’s signing from Chelsea last summer.
Purchased for 100 million euros, Hazard was injured more often last season. Throughout 2019/2020, he only appeared 22 times in all competitions and missed up to 26 Madrid matches.
However, Courtois believes Hazard will soon prove himself. He considered that his compatriot was just having bad luck.
“Hazard? I have no doubts, I’m sure we will see the best from Eden Hazard,” Courtois told SER string as reported AS.
“He’s more desperate than anyone to show it. He’s fine and hopefully he can prove it soon.”
“Before his injury, he played some very good games and then he had bad luck and getting out of there was not easy,” continued the Belgian goalkeeper.
“But now this month I see him training very well. I’m sure he will explode soon and will bring a lot of happiness to the team,” said Courtois.
