Court Remands Accused in Karuvannur Cooperative Bank Scam for 14 Days: Latest Updates

The court remanded the accused in the Karuvannur Cooperative Bank scam for 14 days. Kalur PMLA court remanded PR Aravindakshan and CK Jills. The court will consider the bail application of the accused on the 12th.

Aravindakshan told the court that ED had listened to 6 audio recordings but signed 13 of them. The ED told the court that Aravindakshan had confirmed that the voice was his.

ED also said that Aravindakshan’s reply was that he did not remember anything about the phone conversation with Satishkumar. The court remanded the accused for 14 days as per the ED’s request that the accused were not cooperating with the investigation and wanted more days in custody. PR Aravindakshan and CK Jills were produced in the court after the custody period expired.
