The Court of Cassation, the Third Criminal Chamber, composed of President Suheir Al-Haraka and advisors Elias Eid and Rula Abu Khater, issued its final decision in the case of actress Nancy Ajram’s husband, Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem.
After scrutiny and investigation, the court decided to exempt Al-Hashem from all charges against him, after the family of the young man, Muhammad Al-Mousa, who died after Al-Hashem shot him because he stormed his house at dawn with the aim of stealing, submitted a request to overturn the decision that the court had issued in February 2023, which He acquits and prevents the trial of the defendant Fadi Mikhael Al-Hashem.
The latter’s lawyers requested the dismissal of the cassation in form and its dismissal in the first place, until the Court of Cassation issued its final decision today.
