Court of Auditors: Amsterdam champion ‘declare a secret’ despite good promises | Inland

Amsterdam – The Amsterdam college is champion of declaring information secret while there are no grounds for this. This is evident from a very hard and as yet unpublished report by the Amsterdam Court of Audit, which is in the hands of De Telegraaf. It states that the Board even allows its officials to act contrary to the law. However, the Commission finds an investigation into a culture of confidentiality identified by the Court of Audit ‘not necessary’.
