Netflix must not arbitrarily raise prices – at least in Germany. There, the Berlin Chamber Court prohibited this practice, as Heise.de reports. A clause in the terms of use allows the streaming portal to raise the price without justification. According to the court, however, this is an “inadequate room for increase”. Netflix wants to take action against the verdict, it is not yet final.
