The Bremen adult education center offers you a high-quality range of certified prevention courses in the areas of exercise, stress management and relaxation in the health program area. The teaching concepts and qualifications of the course instructors, which are tested according to a nationwide procedure of the health insurance companies, supplement the adult educational quality requirements of the adult education centres.
Please note:
- Your health insurance company alone decides on a reimbursement of fees. Therefore, before booking a course, please check with your health insurance company and make sure that they will cover the costs.
- In the event of short-term failure of the planned course leader, we reserve the right to remove courses from the certification if we cannot find a recognized replacement course leader.
- At the end of the course, if you attend regularly (80%), we will be happy to issue you with a certificate confirming the number of dates you have attended.
