At the hospital in Lemoore, California, doctors applauded the little boy after his parents decided to donate his organs to save three other children of the same age.
The video showed the moment when his two parents kiss him on the forehead and say goodbye.
The little boy suffered a severe blow to the head, which detached his skull from his spine. Despite the low life expectancy of doctors, the boy underwent surgery and remained fighting for his life for three months.
