As Country Manager – Italy, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all teams in Milan, contributing to business development and taking care of the financial management of our branch, Arlettie Milano.
As a true Arlettie ambassador, responsibilities include:
Event supervision:
With the support of three dedicated Account Managers and your Retail team:

Ensuring the flawless execution of each event, from offering delivery to managing remaining items, maintaining impeccable inventory quality, maintaining high merchandising standards and managing customer footfall…

Build and maintain relationships and brand satisfaction.

KPI monitoring for each event.
-
Implement and monitor group retail processes and standards.

Supervise showroom operations and ensure the perfect presentation of our space:

Monitoring of ongoing projects.

Improve the showroom.
-
Manage relationships with external service providers.
-
Supervision of showroom maintenance.
-
Business Development:
-
Management of the Business Development team in coordination with the business development team of the group in Paris and with the CEOs of Arlettie.

Actively participate in discussions with potential strategic partners.

Negotiate with future partners until the contract is signed.

Actively contribute to the construction and optimization of our event sales calendar.
Supervision of the Marketing and Membership team (3 people):

Strategic definition of CRM action plans.

Oversee operational implementation and data management.
-
Optimization of marketing tools in collaboration with our IT department.

Tracking membership development for members and VIPs.
Business Management:

Collaborate with Arlettie CEOs to develop the annual budget.

Monitoring of the budget achieved during the year.

Comparison of P&L for each sale against budget.

Reconcile data and results at the end of the year.

Provide periodic reports to Arlettie’s CEOs and finance department.
Human Resources Management:

Management of the Human Resources manager.

Tracking expenses against budget for each event.
-
Supervision of the onboarding of new back-office collaborators.
-
Actively participate in the creation of the perfect organizational framework (and therefore in recruitment).
