It was only years after my baptism that I ‘recovered’ the necklace. It was in a box with all the other jewelry from my baptism.”

entertainment">The piece of jewelry is extra special for Eloise due to the death of Prince Friso. “Because I have the feeling that I always carry Uncle Friso with me a little bit. It’s kind of a subtle keepsake and a sign that I’ll never forget it.”

entertainment">Prince Friso died in August 2013 as a result of the skiing accident that hit him a year and a half earlier during his winter sports holiday in Lech, Austria.
