“Yes, there is a lot of talk about the possibility of some kind of negotiation, but I don’t see what the purpose of this negotiation would have been if the Russians had been able to withdraw all combat-capable units from Kherson.
They will be launched in the Donbass region, where the Ukrainian front is actually resisting with difficulty. You have to look there.
But I don’t want to believe there was any “deal” with this. But it wasn’t that easy for the Russians to leave: we only see some videos of them retreating, which is broad daylight and it’s foggy.
