Pictures taken by paparazzi cameras captured the Colombian star of Lebanese origin, Shakira, while she was in a candy store in Times Square, New York City.
Despite Shakira’s attempts to cover her face and avoid camera lenses, her photos spread very quickly on Twitter and Instagram.
These pictures of Shakira sparked widespread controversy among the followers, some of whom linked her crying to her separation from her lover and the father of her two sons, Gerard Pique, while others confirmed that this issue had nothing to do with her crying, but rather she was affected by the deterioration of her father’s health.
