All eligible employees under the age of 70 actively covered under a Coughlin group insurance plan, pension plan or individual contract are eligible for coverage under this plan.

Maintaining coverage
Employees who: (1) are on temporary layoff; (2) are temporarily absent from work due to a short-term disability; (3) are on authorized leave; (4) are on maternity leave; or (5) who maintain an affinity with Coughlin through a group, retirement or individual insurance plan, may maintain their coverage under that plan.
Spouse coverage available
All spouses under the age of 70 can benefit from group term life insurance coverage Preferred selection. Simply ask them to complete and sign the spouse’s section of the subscription form.
