The sixty-year-old said he was going to empty his trash that day. He said he had drunk three glasses of whiskey and that the drugs he was taking may have affected the alcohol level.

The prosecutor requested a fine of 500 euros and an 8-month license suspension with provisional execution. The court received the opposition and sentenced the defendant to a fine of 300 euros and a 6-month license suspension.
