By decree of the President of the Republic dated February 25, 2022, Frédéric CARRE, administrator of the State hors classe, sub-prefect of Briey, was appointed secretary general of the prefecture of Côte-d’Or, sub-prefect from Dijon. He succeeds Christophe MAROT and will officially take office on Monday March 14, 2022.

Aged 58, former student of the National School of Administration, Nelson Mandela promotion (1999), he successively held the positions of:

– Sub-prefect of Vire (2005).
– Sub-prefect, assigned to the prefect of the Brittany region, prefect of the western defense zone, prefect of Ille-et-Vilaine, as deputy to the general secretary for the administration of the police of Rennes (2007 ).
– Secretary General of the Prefecture of Cher (2010).
– Sub-prefect of Langon (2012).
– Deputy Prefect of St. Paul (2016).
