Last Wednesday, the police arrested a man in a car that contained several dozen grams of cannabis. So far, there is nothing new under the sun, except for the presence of a drone in the car, as reported by our colleagues at Blue France. The person used the small device to discreetly deliver drugs to Dijon prison (Côte-d’Or).

A few hours earlier, a BAC patrol had seen a flying object in the sky of Dijon, directly above the prison. The police easily understand that it is drone. They then quickly went to Magenta Street, located near the detention center, and found a young man in his car there.

56,000 euros of drugs in his home

The 24-year-old was supplying drugs to prisoners. At this late hour, the seller had no intention of arousing suspicion. He was immediately arrested.

Once the suspect was arrested, another patrol went to his home, in a flat in Longvic (Côte-d’Or). The agents found six kilos of resin there. hemp and more than 400 grams of herbs, with an estimated value of 56,000 euros. A shotgun and a sum of 3,000 euros were also found at the scene.
