As the end-of-year holidays approach, the winegrowers of AOC Costières de Nîmes look forward to inviting you to a series of enchanting events over the coming weeks. Between Christmas markets and tastings, there is something for everyone. Go and explore a world of flavors and discover exceptional wines to enhance your festive tables.

Discover below the calendar of the next festivities in Costières de Nîmes, and beyond these events, let yourself be tempted by a visit to the cellars of the friendly winegrowers, who will be delighted to welcome you with the greatest pleasure.

Let’s start with the “Vindredi’Nages” operation, 100% Taureau de Camargue and wines, on November 24 at the Château de Nages. Meet up with friends, as a couple or as a family, to taste a perfect pairing between a selection of wines and local products, in a friendly atmosphere. On this occasion, go and discover the charcuterie made from bull meat from Boucherie d’Elsa. Meet on Friday, November 24 at the Château de Nages (in Caissargues), from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the price of 20 euros per entry including three wines accompanied by their dishes. Following this, the first Saint-Gilles Winegrowers’ Wine Market will take place on November 25 at the Pavilion of Culture and Heritage. Indeed, the nine Saint-Gillois estates and châteaux of Costières de Nîmes have arranged a special appointment for you.

On site, discover the winegrowers and amaze your palate by tasting wines of three colors, all in an authentic and friendly atmosphere. Price set at five euros for entry with the possibility of eating on site. Meet on Saturday November 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Pavilion. At Château Beaubois, we open the doors of the estate on December 1st and 2nd. Fanny and François from Château Beaubois will welcome you for a discovery of their know-how, on Friday 1st from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 2 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. For the event, a visit to the cellars, snacks, an aroma and flavor competition, vouchers to be won… There will be something for everyone! In another style, the Mas des Tourelles Christmas Market will be held on December 2 and 3, on site. The Mas des Tourelles welcomes you for a weekend of “Artisans of the region”, in the large 17th century sheepfolds.

Vindredi’Nages with a chef at home! At the Château de Nages on December 8, here is the last session of the year 2023. The Château de Nages offers to delight your taste buds with the chef of the Atelier de Laurel who will concoct various dishes for you, all made on site during the evening. Meet on Friday, December 8 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the price of 45 euros per entry including three wines accompanied by their dishes. The open days of the Poulvarel estate will take place on December 9. The Glas family and all the estate teams are pleased to introduce you to their Sernhac lair on Saturday December 9 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. On the program, an exhibition but also workshops, a tasting, sales and a concert. Go (re)discover the area while having a friendly and festive time. Free entry, five euros per workshop and per person. A Christmas evening will be held at the Château d’Or et de Gueules on December 14. The public will be able to discover vintages from the estate, without forgetting the essential olive oil, during this evening. What could be better than a pretty vintage to accompany your dishes or a gift box for the pleasure of giving? Finally, we might as well end in style with the Christmas tasting on December 16 at Gallician, at Signature. As this enchanted Christmas season approaches, the Gallician cellar awaits you to enjoy a unique sensory experience. Let yourself be carried away by the warm holiday atmosphere while discovering an exquisite selection of wines carefully chosen for the occasion, where each sip will be a celebration of the pleasures of the palate! We’re not there yet, but let’s talk about it for a few seconds… As previously announced, the next edition of Vignes toquées is being prepared. It is chef Franck Putelat, two-star chef and MOF, who will take the public on a delicious culinary adventure during the famous wine-gastronomic stroll in Costières de Nîmes, on June 1 and 2, 2024. Online ticketing will open from February 1, 2024 at 12 p.m.…
