Illustrative purposes.

(CRHoy.com) .- Despite the fact that just 2 days ago it was announced – and celebrated – that the United Kingdom will officially eliminate Costa Rica from the red list travel destinations created by the British in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, not all of it is good news.

Those people who travel there with a Costa Rican vaccination certificate will have to follow the same rules of an unvaccinated person until said country approves the document issued by the Ministry of Health. This was clarified by the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship.

They also ensured that the necessary actions to match the Costa Rican vaccination certificate are already in progress by national authorities. And by the time these efforts have been completed, they will be communicating it.
