Corsair: no flights between Paris and New York before 2021

What to do with your Corsair tickets for canceled flights?

If you have tickets for a Paris-New York flight on Corsair, here is the procedure to follow. The airline distinguishes several cases:

  • If you purchased your flight from a travel agency, you should contact the agency directly.
  • If you have opted for a Smart or Flex ticket, the ticket will be refunded under the conditions in force.
  • For all other tickets, Corsair invites you to request the postponement of your flight or the change of destination, without modification fees. A price adjustment will only be made if necessary. You can contact the company at 3917 or by completing the following form: https://forms.gle/1yiUuu8BvLyzqGWY6. “This postponement is valid for 1 year from the date of the initial flight,” explains Corsair.
  • Another solution: you can request a credit note valid for 1 year on all Corsair destinations. You must complete this form: https://swap.corsair.fr. “This credit will be refundable 1 year after the date of your initial flight, if it has not been used,” says the company.
