II.1.4) Short description: The contract is a single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms, its object is the collection with collection and treatment of particular, even dangerous, road waste from municipal workshops. (Specifications and descriptions can be found in SPC – Exhibit 2). No form of grouping is imposed. This contract follows a declaration without continuation of a lot of a previous call for tenders procedure due to unsuccessfulness. Main terms of financing and payment and / or reference to the texts which regulate them: Own funds.
