The mayor of Salvador, Bruno Reis (União Brasil), will attend the opening ceremony of the Forum III ESG Salvador, an event in which he has participated since the first edition, in 2022.
The public manager will give the speech “ESG Advances in the first capital of Brazil” in front of an audience of guests, made up of representatives from the business and financial sectors, as well as society in general.
“In a world that is increasingly aware and concerned about environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, it is essential that public administrations commit to these principles in their practices and policies. The concept of ESG includes the integration of environmental, social criteria and management decisions in business and public policies, aiming not only at economic growth, but also at sustainable development and the well-being of the t -sluaigh”, said Bruno Reis “In our management, we understand that we find a balance between these necessary to build a fairer, more inclusive and more sustainable city”, he said.
