Suspect of breaking into the hospital and killing a patient in Brumado is killed by PM

A man was killed by military police officers from Rondesp Sudoeste, in the town of Vitória da Conquista, in the southwest of the state. He was suspected of having participated in the murder of a patient at a hospital in Brumado, in the same area. The incident was recorded on Monday morning (29), in the Zabelê area, according to the Civil Police.
Police seized a 38-caliber revolver, 20 45-caliber weapons, a tablet and two portions of marijuana, half a tablet of crack, a precision scale and several packages commonly used in the fraction and sale of narcotics.
According to the Military Police, the teams were sent to the neighborhood after receiving information about the location of one of the attacks on a hospital unit in Brumado, the day before. When they arrived at the scene, the police saw the armed person who, when he noticed the police approaching, killed the police.
The police retaliated against the attack and after the riot, Fabrício Santos Meira, 30 years old, was found injured and was taken to a health unit, but he was injured. He is suspected of involvement in other crimes in the Brumado area.
All items seized were handed over to the Integrated Public Security District (Disep), where the incident was formalized.
On Sunday (28), a man, identified as Filipe Batista Lobo, was shot dead inside the Magalhães Neto Hospital, in the city of Brumado. According to information from the Civil Police, Filipe was admitted to the hospital after suffering an attempted murder in the early hours of Saturday (27), when a group of armed men attacked his house in an area Baron.
At the hospital, Filipe was getting an X-ray when he was attacked for the second time. He succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
According to Brumado town hall, the men posed as patients to enter the health unit and then threatened a nurse with a gun to get to where Filipe was. No one else was injured.
On the same day, one of the suspects was arrested red-handed and taken to the 1st Territorial Police Station (DT/Brumado).
