A fall at home led to hospitalization

In the hospital after suffering a domestic accident, Bahian singer Tom Zé received support from anonymous and famous fans on social media. In the Instagram post where the artist’s team updated his health status, there were hundreds of comments in support of the 87-year-old artist.
Cissa Guimarães, for example, left figures of light. Actress Ana Beatriz Nogueira said she is close to him and wished him “a lot of love and a speedy recovery”.
Andreia Horta said: “The best energy for our love”. Actress Cida Moreira told the musician: “It will pass! You are our love.” Astrid Fontenelle wished “the best energy for the Tom Zé jump”.
Hospitalization
The information about the trip to the hospital was published by the singer’s own team on social media. “To share with you the news that Tom Zé is in the hospital for health treatment, here in São Paulo. As a result of a fall at home, the artist was taken to the hospital, who jumped off the stage easily, look,” says the publication.
The singer’s press office did not say which hospital he was admitted to, only the city. According to the note, Tom Zé has already been diagnosed and is receiving treatment.
“Competent and enthusiastic doctors, everyone present wants to regain health. Yesterday the diagnosis and treatment were established and, God willing, we will soon be healthy and committed to this music, this art that is a joy for him and for us too. Sending hugs to you, to all of us and hope to meet you soon, on a stage and an audience that is the same confident and loving unit – true and purposeful verse, boys and girls! Thanks to everyone”, concluded the publication.
At the end of August, the artist was also in the hospital, this time to deal with a severe flu.
