Corpus Thursday Kicks off Festivities with a Bang in Granada

Corpus Thursday has come to an end. It is considered the biggest day of this fair, since it is the first day festive in the capital. That is why during this day the atmosphere is much livelier than any other.

The president of the La Cueva del Curro booth said it in the early hours of Wednesday morning “one of the commandments of a good booth is that you have to go to the booth even if it hits you with spikes.”

The atmosphere has been increasing with the passing of the hours. The people, dressed in traditional shirts and dresses, came looking for a good live concert in one of the numerous booths that are set up. Not without first having a snack and a good plate of traditional food.
