“The manager of L’Atrium admitted to being the author of the murder, specifying that he acted alone, both for the homicide and for the concealment of the body and the cleaning of the premises”, says Xavier Bonhomme. A second individual, however, admitted to beating the victim and witnessing the murder.

The investigating judge decided to indict the two men for murder and modification of the crime scene. The prosecution requested that the suspects be remanded in custody.

The judge of freedoms and detention followed the requisitions on Friday evening and the alleged attackers of MG were taken to prison.
