Traces de sang
The investigators of the Departmental Security, in particular the criminal investigation technicians, found numerous traces of blood in the establishment.
They had been working on this case since February 15. Their investigations led them irremediably towards L’Atrium, this very popular PMU bar.
From a bundle of clues, a judicial investigation was opened on May 6 for “kidnapping, forcible confinement followed by death”. On Wednesday, six people were arrested and taken into custody.
“The manager of L’Atrium admitted to being the author of the murder, specifying that he acted alone, both for the homicide and for the concealment of the body and the cleaning of the premises”, says Xavier Bonhomme. A second individual, however, admitted to beating the victim and witnessing the murder.
The investigating judge decided to indict the two men for murder and modification of the crime scene. The prosecution requested that the suspects be remanded in custody.
The judge of freedoms and detention followed the requisitions on Friday evening and the alleged attackers of MG were taken to prison.
