We are looking for you for our office in Essen as a lawyer (m/f/d) Corporate / M&A
Your tasks
– You accompany and represent corporations, medium-sized companies and investors from Germany and abroad in national and international restructuring, company acquisitions and joint ventures as well as in projects related to corporate law
– You will also support the company law notary’s office in Essen
– You have direct client contact right from the start and thus assume your own responsibility at an early stage
your profile
– You have completed your exams above average and are now very keen to actively apply your legal know-how in practice
– You are a young professional (m/f/d) or have already gained professional experience in corporate law
– You bring your good knowledge of English to the communication in the international client environment
– You are a team player, have strong communication skills and think strategically
