The competent authorities have taken the decision to prohibit, as a preventive measure, access to the national territory, from January 19, 2021 and until further notice, planes and passengers from Australia, Brazil, d Ireland and New Zealand, said Monday the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans living abroad.
The decision comes after the discovery of a suspected case infected with the coronavirus variant.
These countries are in addition to South Africa, Denmark and the United Kingdom, already affected by this measure, the ministry said in a statement.
