TheItaly crossed the 50 mark on Monday, with 52 deaths from people infected with the new coronavirus, 18 more than the previous day, said chief of civil protection Angelo Borrelli.

The regions most affected by the epidemic remain Lombardy (Milan region), with 1,077 contaminations, now followed by Emilia-Romagna (324) which exceeds Veneto (around Venice) with 271 cases. Increase in healing cases
