The Government made official this Saturday, March 26, the obligation to have the third dose of the vaccine against COVID-19 to be able to enter public and private establishments, as well as to do face-to-face work, a provision that must be fulfilled as of April 1.

According to the Supreme Decree 030-2022-PCMpublished in the Legal Norms Bulletin of the newspaper El Peruano, indicates that there will be a Within 15 days to workers in the private and public sectors who carry out work in person in the midst of the pandemic so that they can apply the third dose.

The standard emphasizes the application of the third dose workers in the health sector, drivers and collectors of all public transport services, as well as people who provide delivery services, taxi and private transportation of personnel and tourism. “For a maximum period of fifteen calendar days from the entry into force of this Supreme Decree, private service providers and public sector workers who do not have the third dose may continue to carry out face-to-face work activity.”, indicates the legal device.
