The third phase will also allow up to four people to meet publicly instead of two.
Amusement parks, including popular Disneyland and Ocean Park attractions, may “hopefully” reopen on Sept. 18, added Commerce and Economic Development Secretary Edward Yau.

Other countries analyzed for the travel bubble are South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Switzerland, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.
Yau added that travelers inside the bubble could be required to take a coronavirus before departure and upon arrival, and may be limited to visiting some tourist attractions with fees.
