After careful consideration of the guidelines from global health authorities and out of caution, we made the difficult decision to withdraw from the Game Developers Conference 2020 in San Francisco. The health and safety of players, developers, employees and our partners around the world is our top priority. The more so that the world knows increasing risks for public health associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Given this, we plan to move our presence to an exclusively digital event from March 16 to 18 held on Microsoft.com. This event will feature the majority of our planned game developer sessions and experiences, which will be streamed live and available upon request.

The Game Developers Conference is scheduled to take place March 16-20 in San Francisco.
