Regions with the highest number of infections

While Basilicata recorded the lowest number of infections (8 out of 1,201 swabs), the greatest number of new infections is concentrated in Lombardy with 1,080 positive out of 17,186 swabs. Followed by Campania with 635 positives on 7,720 swabs, Piedmont with 585 positives on 9,182 swabs, Lazio with 579 positives out of 15,408 swabs.
