Coronavirus infections are still growing, according to data from the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours: are 574 compared to 523 of Jupiter. To have a higher increase of new positives you have to go back to June 24, when they were 577. In Veneto (127) and Lombardy (97) the most consistent increases. Overall, 252,809 people have contracted Covid. On the other hand, the dead are decreasing: they are 3, against 6 yesterday. Only in Valle d’Aosta and Molise have no new cases been recorded.
There are 14,249 people currently positive at Covid, 168 more than on Thursday. Patients in home isolation (13,422, with an increase of 182 compared to yesterday) and in intensive care (56, one more than yesterday) are also increasing, while hospitalized patients with symptoms are decreasing (771, 15 fewer). This is what emerges from the data released by the Ministry of Health. Overall, 203,326 people have been discharged or recovered from the virus, 403 more than yesterday. In the last 24 hours, 46,723 swabs were performed, 4,465 fewer than the previous day.
