The Valencian Community has broken the dynamics of positive data on the progress of the coronavirus in Valencia, Castelló and Alicante. After four days without regretting fatalities as a result of the covid-19, the autonomy has registered five deaths in the last day.
The Minister of Universal Health and Public Health, Ana Barceló, has also confirmed 11 new infections, which translates into a slight decrease in positives compared to the previous day. Since the start of the pandemic, the Valencian Community has registered a total of 11,265 positive cases of coronavirus.
The positive data of the day is given by the new discharges that have occurred in the autonomous health system. In total, 147 patients have overcome the coronavirus-derived disease, covid-19, for which a total of 12,608 people have already been cured. However, there are 157 people who remain admitted to hospital centers. Specifically, and although it involves eight fewer patients than yesterday, there are still 15 admissions in Castelló, 57 in Alicante and 85 in Valencia. Of these admitted, 16 remain admitted to the ICU as they are more severe.
