COMMUNITIES RETURN THE ASTRAZENECA VACCINE
The autonomous communities resume vaccination with AstraZeneca this Wednesday and they do it incorporating the group of essential workers aged between 55 and 65 years, after the agreement reached in the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System.
In Madrid from this Wednesday, AstraZeneca will be administered again at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium and at the Hospital de Emergencias Nurse Isabel Zendal for priority groups, such as teachers and police, and broaden the age from 55 to 65 years.
The vaccination campaign will feature this week throughout Spain with more than 940,000 doses of AstraZeneca, paralyzed in the refrigerators after announcing the suspension of their inoculation on the 15th due to thrombotic episodes and an alleged relationship with the vaccine, which has not been verified by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

AstraZeneca administration is also resumed in these same professionals under 55 years of age, and in the general population between 45 and 55 years of age. In addition, vaccination with Pfizer and Moderna continues in the elderly and groups with risk pathologies.
