According to data from the Ministry of Health, 18,941 people with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection are in hospitals due to the coronavirus, and 1,766 are under ventilators. The ministry said that 38,057 beds and 3,120 ventilators were prepared for COVID-19 patients. In the country, the pool of vacant beds – as shown by the Ministry of Health data – is 19,116, and for respirators – 1,354.
According to the ministry, there are 240,381 people in quarantine, and 11,493 people are under the sanitary and epidemiological supervision.
The ministry also announced that 815,356 people with COVID-19 have recovered so far.
