Coronavirus in Japan – no deaths recorded for first time in 15 months

Japan did not report coronavirus-related deaths on Sunday. For the first time in 15 months, not a single death was recorded per day.

On the same day, 162 people fell ill with coronavirus in the country, and the total number of seriously ill COVID-19 in the country was 100 people.
