Colombia, record of infections in 24 hours, over 25 thousand
Colombia recorded for the second consecutive day a record of coronavirus infections detected in 24 hours, reporting 25,092 new positives in one day last night, according to the report released by the Ministry of Health. On Wednesday, the country had recorded 23,487 new cases, the highest daily figure so far in the pandemic, exceeded by the figure released Thursday evening. The total number of infections registered in Colombia increased to 3,319,193 with 86,693 deaths, 513 of which were registered in 24 hours.
