Piedmont, contagion incidence rises but value remains the lowest in Italy with Valle Aosta
Although up by 52.4% compared to the previous week, between 13 and 19 June, Piedmont with an incidence of 258.4 Covid cases per 100,000 inhabitants compared to the national value of 391.5, is confirmed with the lowest value in Italy together with the Aosta Valley. The occupancy of ordinary beds stood at 3.7% (the national value is 7.1%) and that of intensive care at 1.3% (the national value is 2.1%), while the positive of the swabs is 9.3%. This was communicated by the Region, reporting that from 13 to 19 June the average daily cases of infections were 1,577, of which Alessandria 132, Asti 43, Biella 64, Cuneo 150, Novara 118, Vercelli 66, Vco 61, Turin city 334, Turin area subway 554.
